- opportunity to work in the law enforcement industry - very laid back dress code for warehousing department

- performance is not taken in consideration for raises, no room to grow or get promoted - toxic coworkers and management that do not care for everyone's safety/wellbeing and being complacent to horrible working conditions - lack of adequate tools or equipment to perform the job safely and efficiently - nepotism is rampant - unwillingness to listen to employees' voices and to improve the business in any way
