Thank you for the feedback you provided in your Glassdoor review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not been an entirely positive one. Our staff turnover is lower than industry average and we also get a high number of people returning to GTB because of the culture and environment, so we are sorry to hear that your experience does not reflect that. We would like to get a better understanding of your views and discuss any suggestions you may have so please feel free to come and talk to a member of the HR team any time. We can also discuss your career path to ensure you are benefiting from the many opportunities to progress and develop here. We would also encourage you to discuss your career plans with your line manager. We truly value our employees and are proud of our culture and the work we do. We do however recognise that there are always things we can do better and as such, we are rolling out at a number of initiatives in 2017 which will allow us to build on what we have and make GTB an even greater place to work.
