      Pros

      company is located in a nice location if you live in san gabriel valley, some coworkers are nice to work with

      Cons

      the company has a weird culture where people fight with the president and he plays favorites where some employees are given preferential treatment and can do whatever they want but management takes it out on others. no benefits, no vacation time, low pay and no room for advancement.

      Pros

      - Friendly colleagues - Understanding boss - Team environment - Welcomes innovation and creativity - In charge of your own projects/conferences from start to finish - Meet and form bonds with high level executives and famous scientists in the industry - Convenient parking - Located near a lot of good restaurants, supermarkets, stores, etc. - Salary + Commission pay - Conference Travel covered by company - Travel about 5-10x per year

      Cons

      - Demanding profession, no room for slacking and must work hard to do well - Small size company - Commission pay is largely dependent on your performance. If you don't work hard, it will show in your conferences and then in your commission - No 401k - Health benefits are minimal
