SoWa Boston Review - Unsafe Work Environment - Director of Marketing and Events, SoWa Boston GTI Properties Employee Review

The culture of GTI is a toxic boys club. I reported my manager for sexual harassment. The person previously in my role offered similar accounts to GTI. GTI refused to put anything in writing and took no action. The manager is still there and continues to manage young women who run the SoWa Open Market. When I asked for a reference in order to move on, I was told I had to stay through the SoWa Winter Festival in order to receive the review, despite still being managed by the manager I had reported for harassment. This is not a safe place to work.
