1yThank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you met some good people during your time.
However, we are sorry to hear your experience has not been completely positive. The areas you have highlighted have been escalated.
As an organisation we are passionate about development opportunities, and work closely with line managers to provide them with the tools and support to have career/development discussions. However this is ongoing and from your feedback we will look to review how and the way this approach is been delivered.
We have a zero tolerance against bullying in the workplace and have an anti-harassment policy in place for employees to adhered too. We will continue to drive this message through various internal channels to help improve the working environment across the organisation.
To further make improvements and identify any trends across all areas we have reviewed our exit interview process and will be implementing a more structured exit interview process going forward. Gaining this feedback will be valuable so necessary changes are made for employees to experience a more positive, respectful and fair work environment.
