Cons
They expect you to do the work of 4+ people but only pay you for the work of one. On top of that they want you to learn multiple different jobs right away. I had to not only learn 2 new quoting systems for estimating (my main job), as they don’t just use one, but also learn about sheet metal, learn how to enter orders and turn them into jobs, be a receptionist, be customer service, and on top of all that, I had to teach my boss how to enter orders and turn them into jobs, after only learning it in a few days myself. Doing all that they expect you to not make any mistakes and when you do, as it is bound to happen with the amount of work they expect you to master instantly, they will let you go with zero warning.
