Pros
GTS hands down has the most competitive compensation plan for their employees. Upper management truly pays the best for top talent and even potential talent. GTS is not afraid to take a chance on YOU, and that's hard to find these days in a company! I find it interesting reading some of the negative comments below as they scared me a bit before joining GTS. Let me tell ya', they couldn't of been any more wrong. In my time here I have had unlimited exposure to all the top executives in the company, and truly feel I have a voice. Anybody who comes to GTS and is unsuccessful had to of put that on themselves, because I have been given every tool and opportunity to have the upmost successful career!
Cons
Whole heartily cant think of one. I wake up every day legitimately excited to go to work. I'm surrounded by such great people, Its very rare to not say about 100 good morning's when you walk into the office. Its a true family.
