      Pros

      Still lots of great people working here. Questica was a well run business with strong leadership, and some of the remnants of that remain.

      Cons

      Marketing is a complete mess and the brand is suffering as a result. Competitors are now better established and sales is impossible without a marketing engine. New senior leadership are distant and disengaged, creating an us and them mentality with front line staff.

      The coworkers are quite friendly

      Cons

      Senior Management is not professional, many of them have been with the company for over 10-15 years & are not open to new ideas, improvements. So if you are someone who like to change status quo may not be the best place
