      Pros

      With approximately 200 employees, GUS Group allows undergraduates an excellent opportunity to adopt a sense of the weaknesses and strengths of the IT industry with regards to SME's in particular. You'll get to experience the digitalisation process first-hand by escorting experienced and young companies alike on their journey into Industry4.0.

      Cons

      To my mind, a few long-term employees seem to struggle to adapt to CEO Dirk Bingler's modern management practices. The cause of this inconvenience may be due to an increase in young staff members or a recently flattened business hierarchy.
