Unpaid salary - Business Development Executive GUVI Employee Review

Too many No proper management No communication internally I have joined in Guvi in March 2021, till june everything is fine. From july, they have cut down on incentives%. From August, they have totally removed incentives part without any communication on it. When i started asking about it, no one responded for next two months. With the discontent, i have put down my resignation, and then they said since you have signed a one year bond, you will be charged 50k and with this they deducted 50k from the salary that i need to receive during my notice period. This is a vicious cycle- they don't pay salary, so you put down your papers, since you have put down papers, they'll deduct your salary again stating the bond. And their zen class program reviews, all those positive reviews are from employees themselves. They force each employee to put 5 to 10 positive reviews using different mail ids. That's a complete bluff.
