Pros
Many teams within the organisation consist of very talented people led by highly experienced senior directors. Some dynamic, forward-looking individuals are attempting to transform the company, including the CEO.
Cons
Structural issues resulting from a series of overly-ambitious acquisitions continue to create problems. Silo mentality is still pervasive in some areas, creating entirely avoidable internal friction between teams and individuals. Overly conservative, even by the standards of a sector notorious for its unwillingness to embrace change. Chaotic comms and marketing. Could do better.
