I have worked for GVA since the beginning of the year and GVA is by far the best company I have worked for in Texas, super supportive. The CEO, EVP and Asset Team are the most accessible group that I have experienced in 22 years. They reward those who work hard and perform. GVA leadership listens, they are forward thinking. Reporting is minimal, although data is essential, leadership has found and provided a way for the operations to be successful with out fluff and flowers of extra reports, which take away from the focus/importance of operations. GVA trains and promotes from within. I have become a stronger more effective leader under the supervision of my EVP, CEO and Asset Team. I LOVE the fact that our CEO provides Chaplain services, I have not seen this before in my career, all I can say is WOW! Shout out to HR and accounting too!
