Room for growth was limited

Always tons of work to stay busy doing. (If they have the parts). If wanted tons of opportunity for overtime.

Poor management, always in a state of bankruptcy or on the brink of bankruptcy. When someone quits you assume their work with no added pay. They don't replace the smart people who do quit. You have to put in a two week notice to get a raise.
