Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and still giving a positive rating even though you felt the salary was below standard. To reassure you, we use various industry standard data points, including Willis Towers Watson pay benchmarking and local market reviews to make sure that our salaries are competitive. Our salaries are also reviewed annually as part of our pay and benefits review. During this review, salary increases and bonuses are awarded to GWIers who meet or exceed their goals. We also have a very competitive commission structure for customer facing roles. Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! All the best, Stevie Talent Attraction Manager

Pros

Great place to gain valuable professional experience, work with well-known brands, and develop skills that are highly transferable to future roles.

Cons

The GWI I joined and the GWI I left felt like two very different companies. Over the years, the culture declined significantly, and many teams became increasingly disconnected. Collaboration was often difficult, and some colleagues displayed entitled and unprofessional behavior that made the work environment challenging. Career growth opportunities were limited, and compensation did not always reflect the responsibilities and expectations placed on employees. In recent years, leadership appeared heavily focused on AI initiatives and cost-cutting measures, which created uncertainty and negatively impacted morale. Frequent layoffs and restructures made many employees feel undervalued and replaceable. While I gained valuable experience and worked with some talented individuals, I would encourage leadership to invest more in employee development, culture, and transparency.
