Pros

A great culture, with a really flexible approach to work/life balance. A fast moving company, but I'm enjoying the breadth of activity that comes with this and the potential for the company to grow is massive.

Cons

It's fast paced, and there's lots of changing priorities.

It's also great to know that you're excited about the opportunities that come with our fast-moving environment and the potential for both personal and company growth. In such a versatile industry and market it's certainly true that the pace keeps us on our toes, but also very exciting to be part of the journey! All the best, Stevie Talent Attraction Manager

Pros

Great place to gain valuable professional experience, work with well-known brands, and develop skills that are highly transferable to future roles.

Cons

The GWI I joined and the GWI I left felt like two very different companies. Over the years, the culture declined significantly, and many teams became increasingly disconnected. Collaboration was often difficult, and some colleagues displayed entitled and unprofessional behavior that made the work environment challenging. Career growth opportunities were limited, and compensation did not always reflect the responsibilities and expectations placed on employees. In recent years, leadership appeared heavily focused on AI initiatives and cost-cutting measures, which created uncertainty and negatively impacted morale. Frequent layoffs and restructures made many employees feel undervalued and replaceable. While I gained valuable experience and worked with some talented individuals, I would encourage leadership to invest more in employee development, culture, and transparency.
