Pros

Great Culture and there is alot of support from upper management to develop ones career.

Cons

Lots of OT when busy aswell as due to the lack of pay seems difficult to get buy in from employees to out perform normal job duties.

Pros

The company is growing and I enjoyed the work I did and the ability to be a primary force and help for the employees under me without a lot of micromanaging

Cons

Hypocritical policies of upper management, expecting us to accept "extreme ownership" at our level but not accepting themselves as failures if something went wrong, expecting us to learn and follow management classes but not abiding by the same principles. and removing bonuses to save cash by implementing a "new" polices where only a handful of Popular managers get recognized and receive bonuses. no movement upwards, I put in hundreds of job requests, to avoid being laid off, in areas that I qualified and showed skill sets and not even offered an interview to verify my qualifications and to keep me with GXO, taking their University classes that are to help you advance or move departments to be told I didn't have 1 year experience so classes meant nothing, apparently I made to much and was too old so better to remove the old higher paid employees for younger lower paid by ignoring every request to move up or over. to never be given even a chance. all they say is a lie. Complete lack of growth in the America's all focused in Europe. no sales people in Utah to get even 1 of hundreds of businesses in Utah.
