There is a good sense of work/life balance that is shared between the managers and lower level employees. The leadership all have a strong empathy and work ethic making it an easy place to feel like you are getting valuable work done without sacrificing other things that are important to you.
Cons
The salary, especially for an engineering position, is very low for the area I live and there is not much room for growth. As a site engineer, there are no opportunities for promotion within the site.
