Excellent company to work for, everyone is really normal and nice - but more importantly you work with some of the best agencies in London and meet some amazing creatives. Work/life balance is important here and there is flexibiluty for stuff that always crops up. Being in charge of your own work and having control of your own responsilibities is definately a bonus. Couldnt ask for a better company to work for.
