Pros
In a word, supportive. Gachina has a system whereby each branch works together as a team. There is no need to compete with other account managers for construction time to complete enhancements as I have found elsewhere. I have to keep accounts profitable, but the system is set up to help me to do that. It is very different from my past experiences, and it took a while to get the hang of it. But I prefer this system because we have profitability and job costing built in rather than having to worry about it when it is too late.
Cons
Data entry is tedious and is in the process of being modernized. It will get better. As I have found in other companies, there is a constant struggle to balance desk time with field time, it kind of goes with the territory.
