Pros

No benefits No career development No honesty Full liars Cheap skills

Cons

Let me share my 2.8-years of experience at Gaditek. 1. There is so much fascism. 2. Culture: extra politics and micromanagement 3. Yes, they are showing they want to help you to grow fast, but there is no growth or freedom. No loyalty. and not pretending like a supportive culture and support people idea's as they said. 4. If you are sitting late in the office or at night, there is no appreciation. In fact they will do micromanagement. 5. I see that if you have political skills and are not doing a great job, but you are doing great politics with people, then you will grow much faster then you will avail all benefits. 6. If someone did something wrong with you, In the end, you see that politics win. Fail & poor management. 7. There is no place for a talented person. wasting your time. 8. I have seen so many employees leave this organization because of only political person's growth here. 9. If someone joins Gaditek, so keep my points, and especially, you need great political skills for growth; otherwise, you will definitely resign after this activity will happen with you.. 10. I think Gaditek has no more talented people. Unfortunately, Gaditek will become a political firm. very sad news of this tech industry. 11. Extra Political Management.

Pros

Exceptional Learning Curve: One of the best places for career starters and those looking to level up. You’ll get hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and global SaaS brands, which really sharpens your technical and professional skills. Vibrant and Inclusive Culture: The "Gaditian" spirit is real. The environment is energetic, and the company puts a lot of effort into engagement activities, team-building events, and maintaining a friendly, approachable atmosphere from the leadership down. Supportive Perks and Benefits: Beyond the salary, the company offers great lifestyle perks like an in-house gym, recreational areas (table tennis/pool), and comprehensive health insurance that shows they care about employee well-being.

Cons

Demanding Work Hours: Because the company moves so fast, there are times when the workload can be quite heavy. Late sittings or occasional weekend work can occur to meet tight deadlines, which can impact work-life balance. Fast-Paced Pressure: While the growth is great, the high-performance culture isn't for everyone. It can feel a bit intense at times, especially during major product launches or scaling phases. Room for Process Improvement: As the company has grown so quickly, some internal management processes and communication channels can still feel a bit "startup-like" and could benefit from more structure to avoid role overlap.
