      Awesome Tech Stack, Learn & Work with cutting edge technology, Interact with some of the better minds in IT, Explore tools & technology to solve a problem better, Encouragement to look for something more optimal, Most importantly solve tomorrow's problems( make smart cities smarter, make connected cars better, make content delivery better through AI etc etc)

      Cons

      Every coin has 2 sides, if it doesn't; well.. it is most likely not a coin. What I am suggesting is not necessarily a con but is open to perspective. The journey of this product startup is a thrilling one. Every thrilling adventure has its upside & downside.

      Pros

      Great learning opportunities, especially for engineers who want hands-on experience. Exposure to community editions and frequently changing technologies, which helps build technical skills. Opportunity to work on a variety of tools and projects, enabling continuous learning.

      Cons

      Management decisions change frequently, leading to uncertainty and shifting priorities. Employees are often expected to work extended hours to meet deadlines. High-pressure work environment with unrealistic expectations at times. Employee feedback could be valued more, and communication from management could be improved.
