Full Time Employee - Anonymous employee Gainor Employee Review

Gainor staffing made it pretty clear that their accounts/clients came first, before how their employees were being treated. Multiple times, I & other employees complained to Gainor about the bully, disrespect, emotional abuse and complete disregard from our boss/their client & the following were phrases said by both Gainor's president and a recruiter whose name rhymes "diving" "You just have to find a way to deal with her " "Just say yes & agree with whatever she says" "I get yelled at too, just try to get through it" AKA: They were saying basically ignore the unprofessionalism/very toxic environment, so they could keep getting their money Gainor multiple times lied to prospective employees at my assignment about the "nature" of the job or the fact that they would have "full time" hours, when in all reality they didn't and would sometimes just get taken off the schedule with basically short to no notice . Multiple colleagues and I recommended friends to Gainor, who were promised the world and then later to be ignored. (Which is very typical of some agencies, but yeah Gainor is one of those also) Their insurance is basically useless. Our schedules, half of the time were given to us last minute with no regard as to what what we might have had scheduled or going on in our lives.
