Leadership is all about them making money and their employees barely making ends meet. They are a selfish family business. They are overly process-driven. Makes it hard to dedicate time to fill roles and do business development when you are required to update 3 different programs per search. They are not efficient and they are not looking out for their employees, just making sure they make all the money.
