Cons
After almost a year with this company and sitting through several company wide meetings, its become abundantly clear they are motivated only by greed. Offering pizza parties to the best performing group (literally the same group every time due to the production jobs they run) is more than insulting when you tell 40 people that we made 400k that week. Also this company announced they were not responsible for your personal property including measuring tools! As a Lead if my team fell short, I was culpable for that due to being their lead and having fallen short of preparing them for total success, however did not even receive an apology after they threw away my rolling toolbox cabinet. After 2 months of waiting for an answer of what happened to my toolbox, I typed up my resignation email and parted ways. This company seemed like a great place until you keep hearing one thing and seeing another. They do not give raises, the floor supervisor is an ex marine whom thinks its okay to get chest to chest with his employees if he's felt spited/outed for poor performance. Avoid this place if you don't like being lied to just so they can keep the peace/status quo.
