Honestly, none. The process was misleading and disrespectful from a candidate’s perspective.

I spent over 2.5 hours in two interview rounds. The interviewers spoke as if I was already selected, raising my expectations. They promised to get back within a week but never did. I followed up by email — no response. Completely ghosted. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort.

Less repetitive project cause learning and experience from past project unusable for company benefits
