Pros

- Traveling to various locations - Seeing people enjoying themselves at the event - When the owners are in a good mood, it's fun

Cons

- Lack of guidance, training, and constructive ideas - Micromanagement - Yelling, Cursing, and Screaming at Employees - There is ZERO work/life balance - Pay is minimal for the work your expected to provide I have literally hid in another employee's office crying at this job. They belittle you to the point that you lose all confidence in yourself. As soon as the "honeymoon" hire period is over, you will live in constant fear of upper management to the point that you'll disconnect from everything and everyone. You'll be fired before you can have a "career."

Pros

- Family environment where we have each others backs - Travel to different cities around the country - President is a cool guy that cares about his staff - Learning environment where you can work with each department - Teamwork is how we succeed - Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits - Company outings, game nights, movie nights, etc. - The office is a nerd dream. Games, full kitchen, posters, autographs, comics, Funkos and figurines everywhere - Pet friendly environment

Cons

- Pay isn’t competitive but it’s one of those careers that your excited to work for so that helps - Long hours at events. If you aren’t able to work past 12 hours for 4-5 days straight, this isn’t the place for you

Pros

Comicon style events you get to attend and be a part of and meet amazing people and celebrities.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. They will work you to the bone and then yell at you for things that are out of your control. Leadership has anger management issues and expect you to do the work of multiple people which not offing support. You have no autonomy and the work hours while onsite at the cons are horrible but they don't care. They are adding so many new cons but not increasing the team to help with the additional workload.
