Pros

The benefits are above average.

Cons

Nestle, who owns Galderma, continues to play a larger and larger role. Their processes take up 30% of your time but don't appear to drive any real value. Meetings around these processes have the feel of employees merely "checking a box" to say they are done as to not upset Nestle. Culture is pretty brutal. In the short time I was there I didn't really meet anyone that actually liked being there.

Phenomenal communication, excellent transparency throughout the process things were timely and smooth, and everyone was a pleasure to speak with very informative

Cons

As a global organization, building connections with team members across regions can take time. Some processes are still evolving, which can create occasional day-to-day challenges but also presents opportunities for improvement. Certain decisions require global alignment, which can sometimes extend timelines. Operating within a global structure may require additional coordination across teams. Opportunities exist to continue streamlining processes and clarifying ownership.
