Cons

No annual bonuses On the lower end of pay compared to other companies Lots of pointless activities/task the company is constantly implementing that need to be addressed/closed out, but ultimately slow you down and cause more unnecessary work. High turnover and no actual replacement of that employee. They praise you but dont want to pay you outside small annual raises, despite how well you do.

Pros

Had mostly positive experiences with my coworkers; lots of great talent

Cons

Toxic management, limited leadership oversight, weak organizational structure, minimal career mobility, inconsistent support on accounts, unclear expectations, excessive bureaucracy, heavy reliance on overseas support, and a culture that encourages burnout with little operational relief.
