At this point in time, there really is nothing positive about this company. They are outsourcing all account management, claims and customer service functions to India. The benefits have gotten worse. There are minimal raises, if any and same holds true for bonuses. Gallagher used to really care about their clients but they rank last on their list of priorities only one step above their employees. The "service center" aka India has all but made the account manager's job impossible. Management's theory is that they are taking all the mundane things off our desks, leaving us more time to tend to the clients needs, when in reality, they make all the mundane things even more mundane because they don't know what they are doing and EVERYTHING needs to be reviewed and/or redone before presenting it to the client. This holds true from something as simple as issuing a certificate to composing a renewal proposal. The whole CSO initiative is the complete opposite of what it stands for...."Client Service Operations" is more like "Crappy Service Operations."
