Pros

Work from home, Starting pay was amazing. Flexible hours if needed for personal reasons as long as your work 35-40hrs a week.

Cons

First year with GB was great! Had no complaints. I enjoyed being busy. THEN..... It happened... I started typing the cons and it was literally a full-page word document and I was not even near finished with the cons. My advice is to just find a current employee through social media and talk to them about GB DON’T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS WITH NO CONS! They are planted and if you pay attention, they are all Managers/Supervisors. Also, don’t expect a yearly raise with your eval. They don’t give raises, only company swag once a yr they mail to everyone around September or October. You definitely DO NOT get paid for the amount of work and hustle you put in. Initially, you will have a normal caseload and then once you are good and settled, be ready. Everything will change and you will be completely overloaded.

Pros

• Good in office dynamic with coworkers for those who worked in office

Cons

• Delayed promotion/raise - you’ll sign a contract in which your raise will be effect but delay it 2 1/2 months • unfair workload - management plays favorite and doesn’t even bother intervening on the issue, rather just gives more work. Multiple times I caught myself doing the work for my peers. • No structure - the office I worked at completely lacked structure where I was shadowing a colleague for 2 weeks before being expected to know what to do • Collision w/ OOO Staff - the out of office staff was very rude at times and because they aren’t in office, management doesn’t push the standards/expectations on them as much as people in office
