Pros
Offices are well equipped. Trying to encourage return to office but senior management need to return to office or the entire initiative may fail - needs to be linked to performance. Senior management communicate results/progress regularly. Underlying challenges are known to senior management but transformation will be slow. Majority of people are nice and good at their jobs and work towards a common goal.
Cons
Did not recognise/embrace experience but may have been anti-older generation, particularly females Experienced toxic masculinity in my area but depends what division your in. Make staff travel economy on long haul flights which contradicts their statements related to staff welfare. Senior Management somewhat detached but this is changing.
