Beautiful location overshadowed by terrible leadership and favoritism - Lots of Egos, Horrible Culture Gallant Employee Review

This company has the worst leadership I have ever experienced. There is no real human resource system/policies/procedures/barriers/protections in place. The executive management team (including CEO and other chiefs of staff) have been made aware of how poorly a lot of employees are treated and they still allow the poor treatment to continue. If people speak up, they are reprimanded or told they must have misunderstood. The company is notorious for unequal pay and favoritism.
