we represent a great product BMW and lots of great people to work with. the company has always been very supportive, flexible and the pay has turned out to be much better than I ever thought

only downside really is the hours of a retail type business - however I have almost always been allowed to take off anytime I have needed.

The company owns franchises for a few good brands, BMW ect., pay can be OK, not the best this industry can offer. Benefits are on-par with similar companies in this industry. One of the nicer facilities I've worked in.

Poor upper management. No consideration for personal time, it is expected to sacrifice your personal time off for the betterment of the company on a regular basis. There seems to be a lack of commitment to a plan, moving in several sometimes contradictory directions. This company has burned through several top end employees in all departments. There is absolutely NO TRAINING for any position. Be prepared to try to figure things out as you go along with no formal on-boarding program. We've hired employees with no desks, phones or necessary log-on credentials. Sometimes it took over a week to get someone a place to even sit down to work. Everything is done off the cuff with little forethought and planning.
