Very unorganized most of the time. Seems to be a disconnect between listening to employee feedback and taking action on it. Chronic understaffing often results in employees covering multiple positions under one title and compensation that does not align with the workload. Work-life balance can suffer, as extra tasks frequently spill into personal time. The leadership appears highly focused on hitting performance numbers and opening new locations instead of ensuring current locations are adequately staffed & operating efficiently.
