Very old fashioned management style and structure, very inflexible attitudes and poor process management.

As we continue to grow we've employed a number of colleagues to help us manage and implement process change and to identify new ways of working to ensure we're consistent across the organisation so we hope you have seen some positive changes.
The team were nice, generally pleasant. Direct line manager was incredibly supportive and professional.
Cons
Poor planning of staffing structures meant redundancies were made effective early on in my employment.

Good annual leave, can be taken quite flexibly

Some of the managers go on power trips and expect too much from advisors
Very little emotional support for what is a very difficult and emotionally demanding job
Lacks adequate training
