GameChange is an unethical company with an emotionally abusive CEO. The CEO Andrew has college level intelligence, but the emotional intelligence of a 1st grader. He does not have the ability to ever blame himself when he makes a mistake. He has temper tantrums and threatens to fire employees on a daily basis. There is no job security for any position. Longer term employees are so emotionally damaged by abuse from the CEO that they sadly now act like beaten dogs. Broken promises of bonuses and 10 vacation days. The unethical behavior of the CEO and the company also leads to non-stop lawsuits from other companies that take up valuable time and resources.
