Pros
1. Great place to learn and grow - each and every person in the company can take ownership, put their ideas on the table and be heard, can contribute immensely and drive things forward 2. Senior management is very understanding - especially during difficult times (COVID) they have been very flexible and offered full support 3. Good work life balance
Cons
1. My journey has been pretty good so far. Since the company is scaling up, I think more focus on strengthening the collaborative environment is essential.
