I also can't help but feel that the site would find greater success if its leader was more involved. 3. Workload and Role Expectations In my experience, I have been asked to take on additional managerial and administrative responsibilities without corresponding compensation or a clearly defined timeline for how long those expectations would remain in place. This has made it difficult to maintain a sustainable workload, and I'm not sure how much longer I can sustain it before I leave. 4.
