      They do make games. The people you work with are awesome.

      Cons

      HQ meddling, losing themselves money and making everyone miserable. The pay. The lack of communication from management.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
