Cons
- Career development unclear, especially for offshore studios. - No longer provide bonus. - Studio in Shenzhen wasn't mature enough to handle good projects (could change overtime) - Overtime was quite evil during project rush, and no overtime pay (to be fair no company in china pays for ot, unless you are a contractor/freelancer).
