Pros
Global organization with a lot of things to learn from in terms of structure, organization, and overall projects. Gameloft was definitely an impressive organization for me to work with. I was always given recognition by my internal peers, had room to grow whithin my department and made great friends there. Overall compensation could be better, but the benefits make up for it.
Cons
- HQ management is a total nightmare - Very difficult to handle because they change opinions all the time. The SVP production is nothing less than a tyrant. - I really really hope the above gets improved.
