Cons
The turnover at this business is very high. Reason? Primarily it works like a pyramid with the manager owner in all of his faults delegating down to other owners that have to put up with it. I have personally sat in meetings where I had to rush to hit record on my device simply because of how upset other owners were towards the managing owner. He claims to be "neurodiverse" but actually employees tend to find out that this is a front for him to hide his behavior behind. He has a tendency of randomly taking otherwise positive and productive conversations and completely going wild, ESPECIALLY IF the conversation is not praising his "amazing genius" in some way, giving him credit, or (dare I say it) does not completely align with his holy vision. The other owners also play the good/bad cop cards. And unfortunately I've witnessed many employees find out that their otherwise private conversations where they expressed their concerns get shared to the rest of the managers, leading in a bandwagon that results in the employee being run out or fired. This constant revolving door is often hush hush and references or conversations about it are met with swift warnings and writeups. Others here have echoed similar issues, but at the core or this lies a real man-child and the only managers and individuals with tenure are the ones who play yes men, praise his holiness, or otherwise spend every moment to appear invisible. Having spent time in both the warehouse and store, I am confident this is simply a house of cards.
