Leadership lacks a unified vision, which often creates confusion and inconsistency throughout the organization. The company culture has also significantly declined, which is especially noticeable in a fully remote environment where intentional culture-building is critical. Additionally, the company has moved aggressively toward AI adoption and workforce replacement without sufficient consideration of long-term impacts, change management, or appropriate guardrails.
