Form good relationships with co-workers, work and progress is noticed since small company. Health and dental benefits as well as 401k matching. Usually standard 45 hour weeks for salary.
Cons
Raises are not guaranteed any year, often unreasonable expectations from upper management that causes unnecessary stress. Bonuses based off department and not necessarily individual hard work.
