Pros
Exciting projects, continious exciting challenges (if you like change and extra work!), great colleagues, lots of opportunities for additional learning and training. International projects and therefore chances to travel are high.
Cons
The company culture supports lots of overtime without compensation. Work-life balance therefore not great. Appreciation for work depends on line manager which is normally good, but usually not getting anything positive back from the upper management. Hard to climb up the career ladder unless you are close friends to the upper managment.
