I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Customers are great once you earn their trust

Managers are all cut throat and dishonest. They will pretend to care about you and say they respect a healthy work/life balance but don’t. They will lie to you about your territory during your interview and make changes without any consideration or input from you. They will also take all the best accounts from your territory prior to hiring you.
