Pros

Love the customers, other Reps, freedom, entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Cons

First, management is not honest when they hire you. the commission percentage is horrible. Hard to make a lot of money. You are paid on what you ship. Difficult because there are a lot of out of stocks and product is slow to ship. Management has all your top accounts "Do Not Call" list. Your stuck with low volume accounts and cold calling to make your commission. Territories are extremely huge. Lots of driving every day with low paid expense account. Your car gets trashed. Management has unrealistic about your quotas and they are always pushing for numbers. The company has their favorites who they pick to make all the money. They give them all the best accounts, so they are always on the top lists getting all the awards, trips, and commissions. Totally unfair and doesn't motivate you to become better. A lot of pressure and stress for no pay, working way over 40 hours per week. Probably making min. wage. Don't believe the hype....this company isn't worth investing any time into it. They want all your time and they give nothing in return. Move on because you won't be there long. BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
