Pros

As a rep you have great products and get to deal with a variety of customers.

Cons

This company is driven by numbers, as most sales companies are. But the micromanagement is over the top. It reminds me of a sales company from the 70's....still a little behind in the times. There is high turnover and the customers realize that. Management will tell you it's because of bad reps. The pay is very low. You will end up putting more miles on your car than the expense reimbursement will cover.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
