Pros

This is a sales career. You must be able to handle the sales roller coaster. You truly get out of it what you put into it. When you work hard, you are rewarded. There is a salary plus commission plan. The commission is what you strive for. There is a nice compensation plan - when you hit a certain dollar amount, your commission rate doubles! My management team treats me like I am family. The culture is amazing. It has evolved over the years. My managers truly have my interest at heart. The product line is amazing. It is the most diverse and vast offering in the industry. The product retails therefore the sale is usually rather simple. I worked at 3 other companies in the industry and GANZ is my home. My income here is double what I was making elsewhere due to how much new product is released and the product retails which allows you to sell your customer again. New product is released at least every 8 weeks!

Cons

Trade shows can be grueling. But those were only 2 times a year and are often your largest selling days of the year.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
