Pros
Actual teammembers were competent and loyal, management was happy to throw you under the bus if they approved the plan. 9-5pm, 1hour for lunch, guess that's a plus.
Cons
Where ot start... terrible location in middle of Woodbridge. Box-maker mentality that complex work should take half the time if you add twice the people, which is not true. CEO is as another poster said, a classless, uneducated, unethical lout of a boy/man - petulant child is the word that comes to mind. No business ethics (google ganz class action lawsuit), no company pension plan, weak benefits. If you have little to no experience (like I did back in 2010) then yeah take the gig, but have an exit plan from the day you start to the day you quit.
